Rationale:
|
Dr. Olvera Psychology, Professional Corporation will provide assessments to meet the requirements of Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs). IEEs can be requested by parents as outlined in the East San Gabriel Valley Special Education Plan Area Parent’s Rights and Procedural Safeguards. AUSD has been working with Dr. Olvera Psychology, Professional Corporation since 2022.

The cost, not to exceed $5,500 per IEE, to be paid from Special Education funds.
